1. Return Eligibility

Miracle Soda accepts returns under the following conditions:

Returns are not accepted for reasons of change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incompatibility with third-party products after the order has been confirmed and shipped.

2. Return Window

Buyers must notify Miracle Soda of any return-eligible issue within 30 calendar days of receiving the shipment. Claims submitted after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us — email info@miraclesoda.com or call +86-18017907017 with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide evidence — attach clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect items.
  3. Receive RMA number — our team will review your claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 business days if approved.
  4. Ship the return — package the items securely and ship them to the address provided with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package.

4. Refund Timeline

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 14 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (T/T bank transfer). Replacement orders are prioritized for production and shipped at the earliest available schedule.

6. OEM/ODM Custom Orders

Custom-manufactured orders (OEM/ODM with buyer-specified logo, color, packaging, or design modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. Buyers are encouraged to review and approve pre-production samples before authorizing mass production. Any quality issues with custom orders are handled under our Quality Guarantee — we will re-manufacture or repair defective units at our cost.

7. Bulk & Container Orders

For bulk orders and full container loads (FCL), separate quality guarantee terms apply as specified in the sales contract. Pre-shipment inspection by a third-party inspection agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent) is available upon request. Any quality disputes are resolved per the inspection report and the terms of the signed sales agreement.
